Her first position at CDL was as a Secondary Mathematics teacher over her many years at the school, Pauline has occupied various positions. In 2009 she became a member of the Primary/Preschool Leadership team and in 2014 was promoted to Academic Director.
She believes greatly in the whole child approach to education where each student is engaged, supported and challenged in a safe and caring environment.
