  • Patricia Jaquet

    Patricia Jaquet

    Patricia joined Collège du Léman in 2013 as the Director of Human Resources. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a certification in Swiss Labour Law. She has more than 15 years of human resources experience including recruiting, training, performance management, career development, employee relations, compensation and benefits. During her tenure within human resources, she also managed the security and medical departments. Her employment history includes positions in both large and small firms such as Michael Page and Covance. Her passion for education management lead her career change to Director of Admissions and Marketing in 2016 as she strongly believes that education is the best heritage that we can give to our children.

  • Justin Usher

    Justin Usher

    Justin joined Collège du Léman in August 2012, having previously been Head of Boarding at Cranbrook School in England from 2005. Having graduated from the London School of Economics, Justin qualified as a Mathematics Teacher with a PGCE from Canterbury Christ Church College in 1995. He worked in schools in the UK as a Teacher, a Housemaster, and as Head of Sixth Form. He is passionate about providing the best care and facilities to support our students in the Boarding Community to excel, not just in the classroom but in all areas of their lives.

  • Pauline Nord

    Pauline Nord

    Her first position at CDL was as a Secondary Mathematics teacher over her many years at the school, Pauline has occupied various positions. In 2009 she became a member of the Primary/Preschool Leadership team and in 2014 was promoted to Academic Director. She believes greatly in the whole child approach to education where each student is engaged, supported and challenged in a safe and caring environment. ​

  • Thomas Schädler

    Thomas Schädler

    Thomas joined Nord Anglia Education in August 2015 following his role as Headmaster of the Swiss School in Rome in Italy from 2012. Previously, he headed international schools in Berlin, Singapore, Zurich, Stuttgart, and the Bahamas and also worked for the World Bank in Indonesia. Thomas has an MA in Education (University of Zurich, Switzerland), an MBA (University of Hull, UK, and the Asia-Pacific-Management-Center, Singapore) and a Master’s in Educational Leadership (Lehigh University, USA). He has dedicated his professional life to pursuing his passion for international education and likes to challenge students, teachers and staff alike to exceed their dreams. ​
